Countdown To The Beach Widget

Count down to your beach vacation with a beach countdown widget on your home screen, a slideshow of ocean and sand photos, and a beach packing list you can print or share.

Countdown To The Beach is made for trips to the shore: a summer week on the coast, a tropical getaway, spring break by the water or a long weekend in a beach town.

DAYS UNTIL THE BEACH, EVERY TIME YOU UNLOCK

Place the beach countdown widget anywhere on your home screen and resize it to fit. The number of days until your toes hit the sand is there each time you pick up your phone.

MORE THAN 140 BEACH PHOTOS

Pick from a large built-in collection of beach, ocean and sunset photos, or add your own, like the rental you just booked or last year's sandcastle. Rotate them on the widget as often as every minute or as slowly as once a day, or keep one favorite in place.

SHARE THE COUNTDOWN WITH YOUR BEACH CREW

Send a mini countdown in a text or group chat so everyone heading to the coast can watch the days go down together.

STYLE YOUR MINI COUNTDOWN

Choose a photo, a font, the text size and where the number sits. Show or hide "Days Left," set the size and opacity of the text background so it reads over any picture, and pick a text and circle color from 33 options.

BEACH PACKING LIST

Start from a ready-made checklist with sunscreen and toiletries, a pool gear group with swimsuit, cover-up and goggles, electronics, medications, little-kid gear and a daily bag, plus car and plane groups for the drive or flight. Add your own items so the beach towels and chargers make it into the car.

PRINT OR SHARE YOUR PACKING LIST

Turn the list into a full-page PDF to print, email or share, so everyone packing a bag works from the same list.

FULL-SCREEN BEACH SLIDESHOW

Play your beach photos full screen with the days left on display, and set each photo to stay up from one second to a full day.
