SCHENKER Collection Point enables you to partner with us in our parcel collection point network.

An inventory overview gives you an exact overview of the parcels available in your stock currently.

You can easily check in parcels - via scanning - when receiving them (also return), but as well check out parcels - via scanning - when a customer picks up his/her parcel at your collection point.

SCHENKER Collection Point offers customers a good and fast customer service.

To use SCHENKER Collection Point you need to be a registered parcel collection point partner. As a partner you can sign into Schenker Collection Point with your SIMS id and password.

WHY USE SCHENKER Collection Point:

• INVENTARY OVERVIEW: All parcels currently available in your stock are displayed in an “inventory overview” (what and how many parcels). You can easily search for a dedicated parcel.

• RETURN OVERVIEW: All parcels delivered by customers to your collection point for return are displayed in an “return overview”.

• KNOWING WHAT’S COMING: Be aware of all upcoming parcel deliveries to your collection point in advance.

• SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE: The app is available in English and Finnish and is automatically displayed in the language your device is set to.

• REDUCTION OF PAPERWORK: Relevant comments can easily be uploaded. Signatures can be entered digitally - customers can sign directly on the mobile device.

• NO ADDITIONAL COSTS: SCHENKER Collection Point is using the mobile internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or WIFI, if available) of your mobile device to enable updates. *
