Have you seen a beautiful sunset? Did someone smile at you on the street? Maybe your boss praised you, or your kids did something amazing.

Moments of happiness, joy and fulfilment are all around you. You just need to get used to paying attention by using this journal, to cherish them and be grateful.

Writing about your daily sources of happiness makes you more aware of them and deepens their emotional impact.

Positive thinking requires training and exercise, like every other behavioural or physical change.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude and happiness journal (at least 3 times per week), can have profound effect on our well-being, relationships and even our health. It reduces stress and anxiety levels, and we become more creative, optimistic and enthusiastic about everything: our family, job, friends and hobbies.
