Thank you for downloading our Clarity app! We have improved the app by creating a fast way to access our InstaCalm session. If you are finding it hard to breathe, go straight to our InstaCalm session on the home page of the app to help you regulate your breath quicker.
We have some new sessions and have also updated and fixed bugs etc.. All the fun stuff.
