Once you arrive at the parking lot, open the doors by framing the QR CODE with your app: at the end of your trip you can return the car to one of the areas reserved for CinQue.

Manage your trip directly from your app

BOOKING. Book the car via app or web, always specifying departure and arrival times.

COLLECTION. Approach the car and open the doors by framing the QR CODE with your app.

START YOUR RIDE. Once you have checked the condition of the car, start your trip!

DRIVE. During the trip, in case of need or unforeseen events, you can send a request for assistance via app or call the customer service number directly.

END YOUR RIDE. Return the car to the dedicated parking lot you chose when you booked and end your trip with the app.

TRIP LIST: you can check the history of your trips.

MAP: geolocate on the map the car parks where you can pick up and return the vehicles.
