WITHDRAWAL. Collect the booked car and open it by pressing the appropriate button from your app. The doors will open automatically.

RENTAL START. Now that the car is open, you can take the car keys in the glove compartment. Check the conditions of the car and leave with the app!

GUIDE. While driving, you are always connected to the system. In case of need or unforeseen circumstances, you can send a request for assistance via the app or by calling the support number directly.

RETURN: At the end of your rental, park the car in the dedicated areas. Check the vehicle conditions via the app, put the keys in the glove compartment and get out of the car. Lock the doors and end the rental via the app by pressing the appropriate button.
