Shalala Electronics is an institution established in the year 2016. The idea came after its owner realized that traditional distribution deprives many customers of some goods that are sold before reaching it, and also for other reasons that made the idea see the light. After months of research and development, the institution arrived to process many requests, deal with them, and modernize the activity. Wholesale distribution using a website and all available social media that connects the institution with its customers who are active in the field of mobile phones and automated media, makes the institution provide many related products and opens a wide scope for customer shopping, and this is called electronic commerce.

All of this was before and after the issuance of the law codifying electronic commerce, and due to circumstances, the institution stopped providing electronic services for a long period, which caused discontent and complaining from many customers who liked the method. Today, Shalala Electronic is back after a series of preparations, renewal, and modernization, and after the official approval by the guardian authorities to practice electronic commerce in Its field of activity
