As every year, the Cédis organizes its Summer Training University: four days to allow elected officials from all communities and their employees to learn, train and discuss the exercise of their mandate. In 2023, the Cédis will be set up from Monday August 21 (afternoon) to Thursday August 24 (midday) on the SciencesPo Le Havre campus.
