Cargoway

Cargoway is a truck and HGV route planner: it plans routes for your truck or lorry, not for a car.

Enter your vehicle's height, width, length, weight and axle load, and the route planner builds an HGV-safe route that avoids low bridges, weight-restricted roads and prohibited zones. If you carry dangerous goods (ADR), it also applies the tunnel and urban-crossing restrictions that only affect that kind of load.

Plan the trip

• Driving and rest times. It turns driving hours into a real arrival time, with the 45-minute breaks and daily rests of Regulation (EC) 561/2006, and suggests truck parking (lorry parks) where each break falls.

• Weekend and public-holiday HGV driving bans that affect your route.

• Fuel stations on your route, with published fuel prices.

• Route analysis. A plain-language summary of the main roads, the points worth watching and the precautions specific to your vehicle.

• Export to your navigator. Send the route to Google Maps or Apple Maps with intermediate waypoints, so the navigator follows the truck-safe path the route planner drew instead of recalculating its own.

Your trips

• Every trip with its route on a map, expandable to full screen. Repeat the trip or reuse just its origin or destination.

• Filter by week or month and see your trips and kilometres at a glance.

Paperwork on your phone

• Transport documents: control document (DeCA), CMR consignment note and each country's document (lettre de voiture, Begleitpapier, guia de transporte, list przewozowy), signed on screen, with addresses that autocomplete to the full postal address.

• An address book of customers and carriers that fills itself as you issue documents, with official VIES data.

• Cabotage control: operations and waiting days by country, and a control folder ready to share.

• SENT, UIT and AT codes: check whether your load needs them in Poland, Romania or Portugal and keep them with the trip.

• Your documents (licence, CPC card, tachograph card, MOT, insurance) with a reminder 90, 30 and 7 days before they expire.

Built for owner-operators, HGV drivers and small fleets who need to know, before setting off, where they can go, when they will get there and which papers they carry.

Important notice: routes and restrictions are guidance and come from OpenStreetMap open data, where a bridge height may not be mapped. Road signs always prevail over the screen. The driving time calculation is a planning aid: the legal record is your tachograph. Documents and country rules are a guide: if in doubt, check with your customer or the authorities.
