While many are harmless, some require medical attention due to symptoms like palpitations or dizziness. Atrial fibrillation, for example, increases stroke risk, potentially requiring anticoagulation therapy.

The system is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators, a history of heart attack, or for pregnant women and those with a BMI over 40, as it hasn’t been tested for these groups. It is suitable for children 10 years and older with a special belt.
