Call Blocker

Call Blocker screens every incoming call on your phone and blocks the ones you never wanted, without sending a single number to a server.

WHAT IT DOES

- Blacklist and whitelist. Block an exact number, a dialling prefix, or a wildcard pattern. A whitelist entry always wins, so the people who matter always ring through.

- Smart filters. Block whole groups of callers without listing a single number: callers not in your contacts, hidden numbers, private or payphone lines, and calls that arrive with no number at all.

- Hang up or silence. Decide whether a blocked call is rejected outright or simply silenced. Your ringer, your rules.

- Schedule. Set blocking windows per weekday, including overnight spans such as 10 PM to 7 AM, so protection matches your day instead of fighting it.

- Block log. See exactly who was blocked and when, with a running count per caller, and clear the log whenever you want.

- Test any number. Type a number into the tester and see immediately which rule would catch it, before a real call arrives.

BUILT TO FAIL OPEN

Call screening sits in front of every call you receive, so it must never be the reason you miss one. If anything inside the screening path goes wrong, the call is allowed through. Missing a spam call is fine. Dropping a real one is not.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Every blacklist entry, filter, schedule and blocked-call record is stored in local storage on your device. Call Blocker does not upload phone numbers, contacts, or call logs to any server, and it does not require an account or a sign-in.

The app uses the Android call screening role to decide about a call as it arrives, and reads your contacts only on your device, only to answer one question: is this caller someone you know?
