Briefly is the mobile companion to the Briefly platform — a streamlined brief

management system built for agencies and their clients. Track every brief from

submission to sign-off, assign work to the right people, and keep everyone in

the loop without endless email threads.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Submit and track briefs — Clients create new briefs, attach reference

documents, and watch progress in real time.

• Manage your pipeline — Internal teams see every brief across a visual board

(Queued → In Progress → In Review → Complete) or a filterable list.

• Assign and prioritise — Route briefs to the right team member, set a

priority, and never miss a deadline with overdue highlighting.

• Collaborate in context — Threaded comments on each brief, with private

internal notes that stay hidden from clients.

• Share documents — Upload PDFs, Word docs, and images up to 10 MB. Open

attachments directly with your device's default viewer.

• Get notified — Push notifications for assignments, status changes,

comments, and deadlines. Toggle them off anytime in Settings.

WORKS OFFLINE

Briefly downloads your company, team, and brief data on first sign-in, so

creating new briefs and browsing your pipeline keeps working even on patchy

connections. Pull to refresh or tap Sync to pull the latest.

• Admins and team leaders get the full view: assign briefs, change statuses,

manage users and companies.

• Team members focus on their assigned work.

• Clients see only their own briefs and can raise new ones directly.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Every request is authenticated. Your data is stored on Briefly's secured
