Brain Native is a cognitive training app made of eight short games that check memory, attention, mental math, and spatial sense. Today's Training hands you three of them each day, and every finished round saves your score and top level. Answer correctly and the next question gets harder; miss and it gets easier.
The eight games
- Mirror Shapes: decide whether two shapes match when rotated or only when flipped.
- New Shape: after a quick look, find the one picture that was added.
- Quick Math: read the problem and pick the answer from four choices.
- Color Trap: ignore what the word says and tap the color it is printed in.
- Two at a Glance: catch the center picture and the mark that flashes around the edge in a single look.
- Box Count: follow marbles going in and out of boxes, then say how many are in the box you are asked about.
- Rule Switch: tap left or right by the rule on screen, which changes partway through, and hold back when the stop sign appears.
- Dot Hide-and-Seek: remember the targets marked in green, keep your eyes on them as every dot turns the same and moves, then tap them.
Six games are open from the start. Box Count opens after four completed rounds of New Shape, and Dot Hide-and-Seek after four completed rounds of Two at a Glance. Outside Today's Training, you can pick any open game from the All games list.
Each correct answer scores points based on its level, and answering several in a row raises the multiplier. The Records tab shows a level graph for every round of each game, along with your best. When your level settles in one game, it is marked as mastered and shows up in Today's Training a little less often.
In the Challenge tab, you play a game you have already trained on for a set time and try to beat your best. Times run from 45 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the game.
- Every game has a play video and a tutorial.
- After a long break, a game restarts a couple of levels lower.
- Sound effects and music can be turned off separately in Settings.
- The app screens are available in English, Korean, and Japanese. The words on the Color Trap and Rule Switch boards stay in Korean in every language.
This is not a medical app. The scores and levels on screen are results from the games in this app.
Install it and you can start today's three games right away.
