What is Bose Music?

Bose Music is a free app that lets you control and manage your Bose smart speakers, soundbars, headphones & earbuds from one place.

How do I connect my device to Bose Music?

Make sure Bluetooth on your phone or tablet is turned on and open the Bose Music App. It will prompt you through connecting via Wi-Fi or by pairing with Bluetooth directly.

Can I customize presets for easy access to music services?

Yes. You can set up six custom preset buttons in the Home tab of your mobile application which give quick access to any streaming service available within our platform including Spotify, Pandora, TuneIn Radio, etc.

What if my devices are not showing up on the home screen?

If none of your products appear under the "My Products" section then check whether they're powered ON/OFF properly. If still the issue persists try restarting both the product as well as the smartphone/tablet used earlier before reattempting the connection again using bose music Application.
