BOP HRMS

HRMS mobile application is designed to facilitate BOP employees to use employee self-service (ESS) facilities from their mobile.

The application is integrated with HRMS desktop and People Hub to keep employees data synchronized with all applications.

The app has following features:

• Login via ESS/MSS credentials or Biometric login

• One click Check-In/Check-Out

• Can view attendance history of your own and of your team

• Manual attendance approval

• Leave Calendar to view leaves

• Can apply leaves

• Request for claims re-imbursement

• View Salary Slips

• View Training, Loan, PMC Alerts

• Manager receive requests for the approval of Leave, Claims and Attendance for approval

• View and search your team members

• Can view sub-ordinate details (Attendance, Leave, Profile, Salary Information)
