Blue Date allows a user to contact peers and chat with them. The communication is based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Optionally pairing devices is needed via Settings/Bluetooth.
The device requires Android 5.0 or higher (at least API level 21); the device needs a chipset supporting the BLE peripheral mode for advertising the used proprietary service.
Blue Date scans for devices with the same proprietary service. Based on the name of the remote user you can select his/her device. An invitation is sent to the remote device and after acceptance a chat session is started.
