First digital tool dedicated exclusively to the business of elected

BL.Cab is an application, web and mobile, which allows elected:

- consult the events and documents related to their mandate,

- to mediate on their presence, appoint a representative or give proxy.

- to be alerted in case of problems or major events (email and SMS)

The web interface allows employees (Cabinet Secretariat or DGS) to convey to elected proposals for events, related documents and track their arbitrations.

The tool includes several modules:

- Events: offer elected events and enable them to arbitrate on their presence or their designated representative,

- Note: convey to elected documents for information or arbitration;

- Assembly: manage electronic convening of elected deliberative assemblies, in accordance with the regulations.

- SMS: send SMS to elected officials.

This ergonomic and easy to use tool:

- dematerialises relevant documents to elected officials,

- thins exchanges between elected officials and employees,

- simplifying decision-making processes.

The solution is marketed only SaaS as an annual subscription of 36 or 60 months.
