Build a structured, evidence-backed service history for batteries—from intake to the next owner. Battery Passport Software is built for battery repair, service, diagnostics, refurbishment, reuse and resale teams.

Identify a battery manually, or scan a QR code, barcode or Data Matrix code live or from a selected photo. Add user-confirmed nameplate evidence. Record its manufacturer, model, serial number and category; duplicate and identity conflicts are detected. Images do not estimate battery health.

Guide work orders through intake, diagnosis, quote approval or rejection, repair and component replacement, post-repair testing, QA, safety and quarantine, warranty, custody and handover. Required evidence and role checks prevent protected stages from being skipped.

Enter bench measurements or import allow-listed technical fields from CSV, JSON, XML and TXT files. SoH is calculated only from supported evidence, and imported data remains labeled as third-party information.

Keep an append-only timeline with visible corrections and versioned private evidence. Publish or withdraw a privacy-minimized public Repair Passport and QR code, and export Repair Passports as PDF, JSON or XML. A Repair Passport is a workshop record, not an official EU Digital Product Passport registration.

After initial activation, work offline and sync later with explicit conflict resolution. One workspace entitlement covers iOS, Android and the web panel; staff capabilities are enforced by the backend. After expiry, existing records remain readable and exportable.

No customer name, email address or telephone number is stored in the battery record. Accountless, expiring links handle quote and ownership-transfer decisions; transfer evidence does not prove legal title. There is no universal or live recall coverage and no guarantee of battery safety or diagnostic accuracy.
