In this app you can easily log your baby or toddler's sleeping habits, feeding times and crying times.

There is also a stopwatch for sleep time, so you can easily press start when you fall asleep and press stop when you wake up.

The APP helps you keep track. Log a week for a targeted evaluation of your baby's sleep.

Make comments at the times and then have the minutes evaluated by a professional. You can select the sleep consultant in the APP.

### What is sleep counseling?

With sleep advice, we create a framework in which sleep problems for babies (from 6 months) and toddlers (up to 36 months) can be discussed confidentially. The causes of certain sleep behavior are explored in order to ultimately work on them together. We set your personal goal for your child's healthy sleep.

You advise on the topic of baby and children's sleep. Do you have your clients fill out the sleep logs analogue?
