ITSM APP is designed for AXI customers who have concluded an SLA with the Service Department of AXI, ie Integrated Technology Services, or simply ITS. It allows both AXI employees and our customers to follow-up service-related processes such as Configuration Management, Incident Management and Change Management. Furthermore, all client specific procedures must be consulted. The SLA communication agreements, including Escalation Management under 24/7 support are fully included in this APP. Implementation of "Request for Changes" can be followed on foot via a script.
