Use your astro camera as a photo camera by connecting your smartphone.

The aim of this app is to offer a simple interface to shoot video and pictures for further processing on a computer.

Supported devices:

- ZWO ASI USB 3 astro cameras (supported by the official SDK)

Notes:

- While recording videos, photo can be taken and ROI can be changed.

- Video recording automatically stop when free disk space is less than 32 Megabytes

- Android 13+ users must enable USB OTG system setting

- Please lower the resolution and the bit depth if your device can't manage the required USB bandwidth

- An USB splitter with USB PD (Power Delivery) and an USB 3.0 data port is recommended to charge the device while recording

F.A.Q.:

Q) I can't connect to the Camera to my Smartphone

A) When the camera is connected, the smartphone may refuse to power it due to the high peak current required. Connecting the cable to your smartphone first can help due to the capacitance of the cable.
