Assens Borgertip

Borgertip makes it easy to report the damage to municipal roads and parklands.

Assens Borgertip is a reporting service in your pocket. Use this app to easily and simply to report injuries and other conditions in communal areas directly to the Environment & Natural Roads and Traffic, Assens Municipality.

You start the application by clicking on the icon and then you can on a list choose from different types of alerts such as:

- Ground area: pothole

- Pavement: loose tiles

- Bike path: hole in the path

- Urban equipment: damage to the bollard, fence, light pole, bike rack, bench, trash cans etc.

- Planting: impact of street trees, broken branches

- Other for green areas: hogweed on municipal land, pray, grass, playgrounds, gravel paths, pond, water points

Assens Municipality shall prepare a climate change adaptation plan. Have you experienced flooding on such own land, road or elsewhere, it will be a great help to our survey, you designate site.

Use our reporting service "Assens Borgertip". Here you can designate places in the municipality where you have experienced particular problems with flooding.

To alert you write a comment and add a picture of the problem. After that, your position will be shown on a map. Now you have the option to specify the problem exact position by moving a crosshair to the place where you have observed the problem. Next, your report sent to Assens Municipality, as soon as possible will treat your tip.

Under "My Tips" you can check the status of your report, and you can follow Assens Municipality's handling of the report. In addition, the municipality can notify you when the problem is either repaired or rejected.

Creates a profile under "My Profile", you will automatically be logged in the next time you want to report a tip. Your personal information in your profile will only be used if Assens Municipality need further information regarding your submission.
