Was your flight delayed? Was your flight cancelled or redirected? Were you denied boarding or placed in a lower class? Download the application SkyPlan.eu, take a picture of your airplane ticket or boarding pass, fill out your contact information and send it in. We will take care of the rest.

Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament protects the rights of passengers travelling by plane in the case of operational irregularities of EU airlines in both directions or in the case of departures of non-EU carriers from EU airports.

Passengers are entitled e.g. to refreshments, hotel accommodation, flight redirection, money reimbursement or financial compensation in the case that:

- their flight is delayed for more than three hours;

- their flight is cancelled unless it was announced at least 14 days ahead of time (except for Force Majeure events);

- they are denied boarding against your will.
