APPKEY is an access control app that turns your smartphone into a digital key.
APPKEY helps when you need secure entry without carrying a key ring. It integrates access control into your phone so you can manage doors and users at home, in the office, or across shared spaces. With APPKEY APK installed on a phone that supports NFC or Bluetooth, you can unlock compatible locks and handle routine permissions as needed. Besides regular use, administrators can set clear rules for access, then keep activity organized through straightforward tools that fit everyday workflows.
Flexible authorization management
APPKEY lets administrators add or remove users and edit their details. You can set access periods or specific dates for each person, which keeps entry controlled. This reduces issues that arise when physical keys are misplaced.
Multiple locks, one phone
Alongside user management, you can manage multiple locks from a single smartphone. This simplifies daily tasks across different rooms or sites, without extra wiring or complex software. If a phone, smart card, or transponder is lost, an administrator can quickly revoke its authorization.
Audit trails and sync
To maintain oversight, APPKEY records an audit trail for every access event. The administrator can sync with each lock to review history and confirm changes. Authorization data can be written to the lock via Bluetooth to keep settings consistent.
Remote and temporary access
When remote access is needed, temporary authorization can be sent by email using an encrypted access code. The administrator phone can grant access to user phones, smart cards, or transponders through NFC or Bluetooth. This supports short term entry for guests, contractors, or deliveries.
APPKEY turns your phone into a practical key and a control panel for everyday entry. To keep features current and security rules up to date, install the APPKEY latest version and follow the in-app steps to add users, assign permissions, and start opening doors.
