Activ'Dos was created by Health Insurance to help you take care and preserve your back every day. For this, the application offers several features.

EXERCISES

Discover exercises beneficial for your back, in the form of videos, proposed both individually "à la carte" and in the form of "sessions" consisting of several exercises. You can also compose your own workout. Schedule reminders to help you keep up. Sort your exercises or your sessions according to 3 criteria: level of difficulty (1 to 3 stars), type of exercise (stretching, muscle, relaxation), workable exercise at work.

Four questions allow you to personalize the Activ'Dos app: the exercises and sessions that best suit your situation are offered to you first.

POSTURES

Watch videos of good postures for the office, the garden, the car ... Advice to adopt the good postures and avoid the bad postures. Depending on your day-to-day needs, you can schedule good posture reminders to remember how to stay well.

MOVE MY BACK NEAR HERE

With or without geolocation enabled, find sports equipment near your usual places (work, home ...) to move your back: parks, stadiums, sports fields, swimming pools, outdoors or indoors ... And share these addresses with your friends to preserve together the health of your back.

UNDERSTAND MY DOS

Watch a video to better understand and know your back (how it works, how it is made, what its components are used for ...), where back pain comes from (why it hurts) and how to reduce back pain .

TESTING MY KNOWLEDGE

Five quizzes on the back allow you to shake up your received ideas and bring you concrete information on the back. In the form of "true / false", you discover the right answer under each question.

Find all the exercises and sessions that you have already done and those to come, as well as regular encouragement through the awards badges obtained.
