A2io

Companion app to the A2io Bluetooth adapter for vintage Apple II computers.

A2io is the companion application to the "A2io" Bluetooth adapter, which is a physical device that plugs into the game port of a vintage Apple II series computer. The A2io application allows the user to interact with the Apple II computer using a modern touch interface, as well as wireless controllers that are paired with their iOS device. The touch interfaces include a virtual "paddle" controller, and drawing tablet (for use with legacy Apple II drawing software). The game controller interface provides calibration adjustments, and visual feedback for use of a paired wireless controller on an Apple II computer.
