360 NCD Care

The App facilitates execution of HRA by authorized persons. Depending on role of the person which could be either Volunteer, Health Coach, Provider or Admin App gets configured. Each user role has specific privileges which are determined by the organization. On completion of HRA data is required to be synchronized with the central NCD Care system. The module for Provider/ Doctor is supposed to be used on Android Tablet only as that has wider UI. Providers too need to periodically Sync data with central system.
