WYZE Mobility is the first Portuguese operator of sustainable and shared mobility with electric scooters, promoting carbon-free urban transportation for its Users around the cities in a safe, practical and fun way.

We are strongly committed to the United Nations´ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), in particular to Goal 11 - Sustainable Cities and Communities.

Our technology enables the accurate measurement of carbon emissions´ savings to the Atmosphere, and our WISDOM loyalty programme is based on the ecological impact induced by the usage of our vehicles, allowing our Users to accumulate benefits without limits or restrictions.

This commitment to decarbonise the Environment is reflected in a much more comprehensive way than the use of our scooters: we will undertake continuous actions with and for the communities of the cities where we are present.

• No CO2 emissions

We start with electric scooters, and will always offer mobility solutions that contribute to a greener Environment.

• Safety first

Our electric scooters have been selected against high standards of safety and quality. They are classified as mopeds (50 cc), hence limited to 45km / h. And we are continually implementing training and prevention activities.

• All inclusive

Insurance, energy, helmets, maintenance, hairnets. Pay only for the time you use our scooters.

• Scooters which are prepared for hilly cities like Lisbon and Porto

We have 2 types of powertrain and, although both of them are up to the challenges imposed by the beautiful hills of Lisbon and Porto, the scooter with brown seat is better prepared for trips with 2 riders.

• Traffic free and parking at your destination

When traveling with WYZE through the busy streets of urban centres, traffic is no longer an issue. You can get to your destination in a planned way, with the added benefit of smooth parking - at any motorcycle park within our operating area.

• WISDOM Programme

WISDOM is our loyalty program which converts the savings of CO2 emissions generated within the “AYR by CEIIA” platform into perks for the User.

START RIDING RIGHT AWAY

Quick registration and intuitive usage, with a continuously evolving App. To start riding, download our App and follow these steps:

1. Create your account

We will validate your account quickly, so you can start riding as early as possible. Once the account is approved, you become part of the WISDOM programme, which turns your ecological footprint into benefits.

2. Find and select a scooter

Locate a scooter in the map and book it for 10 minutes. Get to it, and start the ride.

You can also rent a motorcycle when you come cross it, using its QR or numeric code.

3. Enjoy it

Start the ride in the app to open the topcase and take the helmet(s). We have 2 per scooter. Take out the central stand and enjoy!

When you arrive at your destination, be sure to park in any motorcycle park, provided that you are within our coverage area.

Always abide by the traffic rules, and travel with maximum safety.

MAKE SURE THAT THE STAND COMES FULLY UP TOWARDS THE FEET-HOLDER; THE BLUE LIGHT AROUND THE START | STOP BUTTON SHOULD STOP BLINKING ONCE THIS ACTION IS COMPLETED, AND YOU CAN THEN START YOUR RIDE.
