It allows patients to easily schedule appointments for virtual or face-to-face medical consultations (depending on the location). With Wortix the patient improves the way to receive medical attention, by being in touch in a fast, comfortable and economical way with health professionals of different specialties through video call and later follow up of their health case through chat.

The patient will enjoy receiving timely and professional medical attention, from the comfort of their home and without the need to travel.

How does it work?

The patient signs up on the platform, and looks for the option of "Health Case" where he writes his health problem, then he can select a doctor from the list of physicians, (General Doctors and specialists), in the next step he can connect through a video call with the doctor who will explain extensively how to solve his health problem, at the end of the appointment the doctor will have examined the patient in detail and will issue a clinical diagnosis, with recommendations.

Wortix is capable of solving up to 70% of preventive, primary and control medical consultations through video call. In those emergency cases that cannot be treated, Wortix acts proactively for the programmed controlled referral to emergency services to the nearest hospital center, searching through the geo-locator that this application offers.

If there is no emergency, the doctor sends the prescription to the patient for delivery of the medication to the pharmacy.
