Word Race is an educational game that helps you develop and practice your English vocabulary. It comes with more than 2000 English words from A1 and A2 level lists.
You can play against the clock or in untimed free mode.
In race mode, you will be shown 10 words, 1 word every 15 seconds. Your task is to read the definition offered and to use the letter tiles to spell out your answer before the time offered is over. When you complete the word (or the time is over) the next word appears, till you get to the 10th item. Then the game ends and you are taken to the Result Activity.
In the untimed mode, you will be shown 10 words, 1 by 1. Your task is to read the definition offered and to use the letter tiles to spell out your answer before the time offered is over. When you complete the word, click "Check".Your answer is checked and scored. Then, the next word appears. When you do 10th item, the game ends and you are taken to the Result Activity.
The ten words offered are taken randomly from a 2000 item word bank. Each time you start the game, you are offered a new set. As practice makes perfect, play the game many times to profit most from it.
