Our history.

Wise was born from a dream of a young tailor son with a great passion for fashion. In his youth he learns the art of tailoring, training at the fashion academy of Lisbon, and later at the fashion academy of Rio de Janeiro. His passion for an idea and interest in art never let him give up. Never giving up gave rise to his first project, his first store in his homeland making tailor-made clothing for women and men. The project was a success and the decisive step towards the opening of its first store in the city of Barcelos in 1978. Customers of this initial time remain faithful being the proof of quality and dedication of the company!

The company expanded over the following decades and opened several stores in Barcelos, one in Esposende and finally one in Vila Nova de Famalicão. Barcelos stores are still in the memory of all Barcelenses today. The stores were separated by sectors.

It is in May 2013 that the project begins to unite all areas in a single space, the clothing, footwear and accessories sectors of men, women, youth and children, under a new name Wise Charles. Currently the Wise Stores are in Barcelos, Vila Nova de Famalicão and Esposende, Portugal.

It is through a qualified and specialized service, and a bet on new technologies in order to improve service delivery, communication and customer approach, that Wise's mission is to provide high quality parts and reputable brands in the market. fashion.
