The 2018 season of the Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 11 ( IPL LIVE PRO 2018 ), will be the eleventh season of the IPL Live 2018, a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the BCCI in 2007. IPL teams have been asked to submit their retention list by January 4 of IPL Live 2018. For the first time in the IPL history, Player retention was broadcast live on Star Sports on January 4. The IPL auction will be held on 27 and 28 January of ipl live 2018 at Bangalore which also coincides with the final of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
