This app was created for Willow Creek Community Church's RECOVER program, but can be helpful to anyone who is on a recovery journey!
This app is designed to help you maintain an ongoing inventory, based on Step 10 of the 12 Steps. Each day, you'll be reminded to take a few moments to rate yourself on the pairs of traits/actions based on the previous 24 hours. Each week, you'll also be given the opportunity to reflect on the success of your past week and to plan for the week ahead. You can then share your results with a sponsor or friend for deeper accountability.
