The data this app uses all come from Wikipedia. Most of the text and pictures of Wikipedia are published with non-commercial Creative Commons License, and according to this license, the derivative works cannot be used for commercial purpose, so the pictures and texts of this app can be downloaded for free.

But the offline reader which will read the data is not free. so the app and the data is provided separately, the user need to download both of them and then they can use it.
