WAVE by BNP Paribas is the mobile application of the exhibition “WAVE, How collective ingenuity is changing the world”, conceived and produced by BNP Paribas. It is linked to a dedicated website: wave-innovation.com. The main functionality of the application is to provide augmented reality. It enables users to explore the exhibition in a playful and lyrical way by bringing the poster and photos to life on their smartphones. This application provides a range of other content related to the project: the names of the 20 initiatives included in the exhibition, each illustrated by a photo and the name of the photographer; a quiz that lets users learn about their own innovative characteristics; information about WAVE; and the location of the exhibition.
