Watchwell® healthcare surveillance and patient engagement application

Watchwell® is MedAdept's mobile application that allows patients and their caregivers to connect remotely with all the healthcare providers in the care team. All patient engagement items are preloaded via Synchrony Coordinator® so that when a WatchWell® user logs in they will have access to their care plan, medication list, task list and scheduled health status reports. Users are also able to message directly to all members of the care team.
