Remember

If you have silenced a chat or when message gets deleted and you are looking at it, you will not receive a notification so this app can't recover message in this scenario.

This app can't restore messages that have been deleted before you install app.

Limitations

If you're offline, If you have a bad internet connection, received media may be deleted before your phone downloads it then app can't recover it.

If WIFI is Off, and some media files may not be downloaded because of your download setting. We highly recommended that you enable automatic download on Setting-> Data Storage Usage.

Setup

If application is not working properly and unable to backup messages please given steps:
