In the fast-paced, reflex-driven Ball Runs Offline Game, players steer a rolling ball through a number of complex courses that are filled with moving platforms, obstacles, and gaps. The main goal is to move the ball as far as you can without running into any obstacles, sliding off the track, or colliding with anything. Depending on the level mechanics, players can control the ball by swiping left or right, tapping to leap, or holding for longer jumps.

As players advance, the tracks' layouts become more intricate, with parts having several lanes, ramps, rotating platforms, and limited paths. Moving dangers, vanishing platforms, and tight turns that call for exact timing and fast reactions are all introduced in certain stages. The ball steadily picks in pace, increasing intensity and making it harder for players to stay focused under duress.
