Use this app to set your Google Voice number as your outgoing caller ID when no wifi or data connection is available. This will fix the "Google Voice has failed to connect" issue shown in the screenshot.
It works by calling the number through your Google Voice voicemail, thus no data is required.
The app can easily be disabled to make calls with your normal phone number and it automatically detects when it is needed based on data or wifi connectivity.
Quick setup:
1. Set your Google Voice number and PIN (if required) in the settings
2. Then simply make a call!
Note: The wifi state and interenet permissions are only used to check data the connectivity of the device.
