TopDolls is a reality game for models and fans.

• The objective for the fans is to earn the most winks and become TopFan of the Month! Fans earn one wink for every diamond they give.

• The objective for the models is to earn the most diamonds and become TopDoll of the Month!

• To play the game, models post pictures and videos and fans can give one free diamond which is a like. Players can also purchase diamonds and give the models purchased diamonds on their pictures and videos that they like. There is a leaderboard that tracks fans' winks and models' diamonds both monthly and annually.

• Fan and model of the month are announced as winners at the end of each month and year.
