Telemediq is an application for remote monitoring of patients with chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmia, COPD, asthma, diabetes, obesity, sleep disorders. The application is designed to be used by patients and healthcare providers. The parameters that can be measured and monitored are: blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, weight, ECG, respiratory function, activity and sleep.
