The Street Angel Response App has been developed to help remove the stress of a road traffic accident.

Our Street Angel camera will have already sent the immediate FNOL footage to your insurance provider (if given) and our FNOL centre notifying them of the incident, however that’s not all that’s needed to ensure you gather all the evidence required to help your insurance company.

The Street Angel Response mobile app is designed and developed to help remove the stress of a road traffic accident. Our team have over 40 years of experience in motor claims. Simply download the app, register your details and then in the event of an accident use the easy reporting function to send us the information. NO NEED TO CONTACT ANYONE ELSE – we will take care of that for you. The app is designed to capture best evidence at the scene, including 3rd party details, pictures & video of the damage to the vehicles involved, and other key information to help our experienced team deal with your report.

If you are involved in an accident then activating our app will ensure that you receive assistance straight way. We will make sure that you have immediate assistance and advice, and if your vehicle is immobilised, get it uplifted to a place of safety, and make arrangements for you to get home. If you are not at fault for the accident, we can provide a replacement vehicle for you. If you are unfortunate enough to be injured in the accident, we will recover compensation for the loss, injury and damage you have sustained. We ensure that you do not have to go all round the houses, calling insurers, brokers, garages, solicitors etc. We will do all that for you, and if you are not at fault, you can also avoid having to pay any policy excess or losing your no claims discount.

The app also allows you to capture photographic and video evidence of the accident scene. And your Street Angel Camera will have already sent the video evidence to your nominated parties.

The app is free to use. The services provided by Street Angel Response do not require any payment from you. Your claim will be on a no-win no-fee basis, and when the claim succeeds you will receive 100% of the compensation due to you.
