Have you been browsing Reddit recently and saw a funny gif/video that was so hilarious, you had to share it? But it turns out, that v.redd.it link you're trying to share will bring whoever you shared it with to Reddit, when all you wanted to do was share that video/gif.

Introducing Linkshare, an app geared towards generating sharable v.redd.it links that link directly to the video/gif itself instead of to an entire Reddit webpage.

To use, in whatever app you're viewing the reddit video/gif in, share it from that app to Linkshare and this app will generate a shareable link for you that is more user-friendly. Or just tap on the "Generate Link" option in the upper-right of the app and manually type in the video/gif link you want shared. Any links you requested to be generated are kept in your own personal history for future reference and can be deleted at any time.
