Focus Trainer

Focus Trainer is a fast, powerful game that trains your attention, a mindfulness tool to teach you about attention and a new version of our popular attention test, Focus Monitor.

If you have any attention deficit, Focus Trainer will teach you about your attention and train you to be clearer and calmer. We help you gain awareness of your attentional control so that you can use that control outside the game in daily life. In todays world of constant distraction you need to have better control of your attention.

This will help you stop unintentionally bouncing from one thing to the next thing, involuntarily losing interest in something important, becoming overwhelmed with too many things to do, losing track of your work, or misplacing your keys. The awareness or meta-attention you get from playing Focus Trainer helps solve these problems in your daily life.

We focus on improving your meta-attention, or your ability to intentionally direct and control your attention. Focus Trainer combines new findings from neuroscience, old knowledge from introspective science (mindfulness), and modern gaming.

When you start playing Focus Trainer, jump right into Focus Level 1. You will unlock levels as you progress and we will guide you to other helpful activities and modules. We've designed all our activities to be two minutes in length to make them easy to access and use anywhere, anytime.

Play Focus Trainer 2 or 3 times a day to tune up your attention. You will notice that you can control your attention better, be more stable, flexible and resistant to distractions and mind wandering, making you more productive. We believe that this will make you happier and healthier.
