A simple stopwatch for high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Interval training is a quick and easy way of losing fat. A HIIT session consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery. Examples of easy exercises you can do at home without equipment are squats, pushups, lunges and burpees.

- Easily define the workout programme using sliders for countdown, workout and rest intervals and number of repetations

- Enable/disable sound and vibrations in settings menu

- Pauses countdown when there is an incoming phone call

Version 1.2.0:

* New setting "Sound profile". Choose between silent, classic monotone beeps and gun & airhorn sounds (default).
* New setting "Pause on incoming call" (on by default).

Version 1.1.0:

* Pause countdown when there is an incoming phone call (requires new permission!)
* Allow intervals up to 90 seconds (hopefully makes Sprint 8 practitioners happy)
* Play distinctive sounds instead of monotone beeps (gun for new round, air horn at end of round and triple air horn after last round)
