The dips are one of the simplest and most effective exercises. By performing this exercise, you can develop the triceps, muscles of the shoulders and chest. When exercising on uneven bars there is an intensive growth of the entire shoulder girdle, resulting in a beautiful body, good health, endurance and strength.

Workout

It is necessary to perform the required number of dips in total for 5 approaches.

Workout program

The program is selected personally in accordance with the physical level. Ideal for both novice athletes and experienced professionals.

Reminders

Set reminders not to forget about training.

Features:

- 3 workouts per week;

- rest between workouts for at least 24 hours;

- 5 sets in one workout;

- the training is completed if the minimum number of dips is performed (otherwise, the training must be repeated);

- at any stage it is possible to change the level (increase or decrease).
