Dance, i.e. dance is the unique medium of expression of many expressions, postures and feelings. As soon as you hear the tunes of the soul, the mind begins to shake and the feet begin to shake. Music and dance are like co-workers with choli-daman. Both appear incomplete without each other. There is a lot of mention of dance and music in Hindu mythology. Everybody knows about the pair of Radha-Krishna, how the Radha Sudh-Mercury was heard by listening to the flute of Krishna and started flipping over the musical tunes. Meera, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu etc. are also many examples.

This art is as old as the creation of life on earth. We remember that chapter of Shiva Purana even today, when Lord Shiva danced strongly on his wife Sati's self-sacrifice and manifested her grief and fury and swallowed the entire world. After performing this dance, he became calm and again got absorbed in penance. Hence, the birth of dance took place at the time, when the art of emotions, curiosity and expression was produced in the organism. The easiest and solidest way to express the language is to speak. Dancing is also the art of explaining its point of view, while making silent moods and staying silent.

On this huge subcontinent, however, every type of art is dominated, but there is no answer in dance and music. Since it is a dance disciplined country, it has been awarded the achievement of a country of dance-oriented country. Due to the various stages of different cultures and civilizations, there is no need to select any special occasion to dance in our country.

Being an art-loving country, people here begin to dancing, dancing and listening to the voice of drums and drums. The thoughts of their hearts come out of the dance itself and come out, then the elements like publicity are left behind.

Not only this, even in our country, it is said that if a child is to be skillful in sharp intellect and speech, then he should give good music or a swirling dance atmosphere from the beginning of his birth so that the children Tomorrow's coming of his relatives is full of laugh and happiness.

Dances can be done in a variety of ways. Originally the dance in India is divided into three categories-

1. Classical Dance

2. Folk dance and

3. Western dance

Normally there is no special training required to dance or dance. It is learned only in home and families. But if you want to take it as your career and get enough fame, you will have to learn dance as a discipline.

It is a complex process, which requires special attention in hard work, endurance, physical and mental ability, art skills etc. To reach the highest peak of success, you need to become extremely active, serious, religious, virtuous and disciplined, then you will be able to earn money along with fame.

Most Indian dances express their life in a mute state. They are seen coming out of mythology, folklore and classical legends derived from literature and narrative, which are called 'Natya Shastra'. 'Natya Shastra' is a scripture written by Bharat Muni, second century BC, through which the practice of dance started in the general public.

Under this, two major variants of dance became very famous- classical and folk dance. In classical dances, Bharatnatyam, Kathakali, Manipuri, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Odissi etc. come. Among them Bharatnatyam is considered to be the most pure and old. Folk dances are seen in different forms on the basis of languages, provinces and so on. Among them are Kalbelia, Garba, Quarti etc. are prominent.
