Usually people get concerned about the food they serve; and then they start looking and learning new techniques in order to be sure that the meals are nutrient and delicious. The breakfast and the brunch are often neglected, when come to preparing meals; still they are among the most important for our organisms. The food eaten in the morning or in the midmorning gives us the energy and vitamins; we will need for the entire day; if it is well chose we will be full of energy all day, if not we won’t.

Many of us try to make the breakfast a habit, because they neglected it before; and when started to eat it – they saw the benefits; in fact we were forgetting the breakfasts, because we were too busy, in most of the cases. Still the heavy schedule is not a reason for not feeding yourself; which is why many families stick to them and try to teach their children to do the same. Of course is never easy to make your kid to like the breakfast you make, which is why mothers (usually) are trying many breakfast and brunch recipes, to ensure diversity in the meals and to attract the kids. The brunch is a version of the breakfast, but served later – usually in the midmornings; for these who missed the earlier meal. The ingredients of the breakfast may be very different – from an oat meal to bacon and eggs; pancakes and other nutrient and easy to prepare food; the proteins are the most recommended products for healthy breakfast. The brunch is prepared of products similar to these used in every breakfast – in fact they have the same purpose for us – to give us the necessary energy for the day.

They are available in many blogs and cooking portals, too; many meals can be used for breakfast, but in most cases we know 20-30 recipes, which we use regularly – they are checked by the experience and we usually like to share our knowledge with the others – available also in both.

To be fair many moms experience difficulty in making simple breakfast or brunches, because the just didn’t know the right technique; this is reason big enough to ask for an advice, isn’t it? The answers of all the questions and the availability of many breakfast and brunch recipes can be found even in the smallest cooking blogs, thanks to the people participating there. Thanks to the latest technologies, too; did you know that there are applications for your smartphone or computer, which contain thousands of recipes and which even can offer you entire schedule for your meals for at least a month ahead?! Yes there are apps like that, which are widely used to ease our lives.

Every meal’s preparation is important; its ingredients and the necessary steps, still in cooking rules are often neglected and creativity enters giving great results. Of course do never forget that there are unbreakable rules, too.
