Yinyoga suits all ages and body types. It can be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere. You do not need any special equipment or even change clothes. It is one of the simplest yoga styles. It makes rigid muscles supple, tight joints moving and a restless mind stable. The key is to stay long in the positions, three or five minutes (if you can), or longer.

In this app I have collected my most popular and beneficial classes and passports. In addition to many longer yoga sessions, some are created for specific problems, such as Jet lag or Headache, while others are for a specific situation, such as the TV workout or After the job.

I lead you in and through all yoga poses with my voice, just as if you were a student in one of my yinyoga classes. I'll take you to three or five minutes, and support you while you're in the stands.

The best yoga is the one that gets rid of, and with my app it has never been easier to start and maintain your yoga at home.

ABOUT MAGDALENA MECWELD

Magdalena is an experienced and much appreciated yoga teacher. She has taught in all Scandinavian countries and internationally. Her best-selling book Vila du in form came out in early 2013 and has won many loyal followers throughout the Nordic countries, especially in the countryside, where it is a long way to a yoga studio. The book was translated into English and was published in the spring of 2015 under the name Serenity Yin yoga.

IMPORTANT DOWNLOAD DOWNLOAD INFORMATION

Due to how Android and Google Play are designed, our app needs to download an additional 175 MB of high-resolution audio tracks in the background after the app looks installed. This download is not visible on some device / Android configurations. If you have problems with the app, for example, you do not hear the Magdalena voice, that the app does not work properly or not at all, it may be because the app was started before all files were downloaded and installed. In case of problems, please delete the app (preferably also clear the app cache) and then download the app again, but be sure to give the download enough time to make sure all files are installed.
