Video Call 119

Due to the Taipei city 119 fire department wanting to strengthen their emergency service and better provide their help to the public in need, they have set up a new function provided for those in need and its call 119 video call. This function is an app that will allow the caller to video call the Taipei 119 dispatch center and report their incident through video call with their cellphone. This will not only help the dispatcher to better understand the incident but also will give them enough insight to properly guide the caller. The app will also provide service such as: sending GPS location, demonstrate CPR instruction video and help the dispatcher to send proper help base on the situation. *Note: due to the app using GPS location, internet and video call , it may use more cellphone battery than other apps.
